There are many uses to which farm land is put.  Sometimes those uses can create legal or equitable rights without the parties even realising it.  If you are an owner or occupier of land it is crucial that you take legal advice before allowing anyone to use your land so as to ensure that the correct legal documentation is in place before the use begins.
