At Symes Robinson & Lee we have a HIP solution that is simple and affordable for your clients. This mandatory piece of legislation that is needed to sell property is little more than an inconvenience for most independent agents who are seeking a responsive local solution that suits their client's
financial needs.
As an extension of our services, we compile HIPs in-house without the need of a third party pack provider keeping costs low and service standards high. Although first day marketing is not an issue at present, we will continue to aim to provide the pack within 4-5 working days* and clients have the benefit of several flexible payment options without the need for costly credit agreements.
There is no financial outlay by the agent in any way. To register your company details to use our on-line ordering system is FREE,
to order HIPs on behalf of your clients is FREE and takes a matter of minutes
and to receive updates of your clients HIPs and be able to track their progress
at any times is FREE. Once we receive a HIP instruction it is allocated a unique
client ID number which is emailed to you and will be logged onto your system
for your reference.
We will then contact the client directly and discuss our flexible payment options available together with arranging an appointment for the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to be carried out. The EPC is emailed to you electronically usually within 3-5 working days, as a priority, to enable you to include this information in the property sales particulars. Once the HIP is complete we will email it to you electronically and provide one hard copy should you require at no extra cost. Our partnerships with Domestic Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors ensure a smooth and swift HIP compilation.
Being a local firm we are able to offer help, advice and guidance where there may be a query or problem for either agent or client. Our HIPs solution is now used by many local independent estate agents who remark that it is by far the simplest and most affordable solution for their clients.
