Our Independent Financial Services Department offers professional
advice on some of the most important financial decisions you will need to make.

The main advantage of the financial advice that we can offer is that it is completely independent. We are not part of or committed to any other financial institution and are therefore able to give you this advice as your solicitor, considering what is in your best interests as our client at all times.

Our adviser’s job is to research and recommend the most appropriate
financial solution for you after asking a range of detailed questions about your circumstances, your financial requirements and your attitude to risk.

As we act on your behalf we will provide you with a written report setting
out the basis of our recommendations for a particular product or course of action for you.

Our policy on fees for our financial services is, akin our fees for our legal services, which are based on transparency. We are required by regulations to account to you for any commissions that we receive from any financial institution and this information will be outlined clearly for your understanding.

The government watchdog, the Financial Services Authority, regulates all of the financial advice that we give to clients.
