Terms & conditions apply to all our fixed fee work. At the outset we will specify what work is covered by the fixed fee agreement. We reserve the right to terminate a fixed fee agreement at any stage of the transaction at our sole discretion. If we chose to do so then no fee will be charged. All the fees quoted above are subject to VAT which will be charged at the standard rate (currently 20%) when the bill is raised. We offer various payment options – please ask for detail
