Whatever the size of your property, you will need a Home Information Pack (HIP) to sell it. At Symes Robinson & Lee we have a HIPs solution in place which will enable your property to be marketed and sold quickly without any stresses or up-front costs. We work with a large number of Exeter and East Devon estate agents for the production of HIPs to their sellers, all of which have expressed their delight in the convenience and ease of the Symes Robinson & Lee HIPs system.

As an extension of our services, we compile HIPs in-house without the need of a third party pack provider allowing us to keep our costs low and service standards high. We aim to provide your HIP ready for first day marketing, which will be a mandatory requirement from 6th April 09. For your convenience we are able to offer flexible payment options without the need for costly credit agreements. It is possible to defer but please contact our office to discuss.

To order your HIP through our on-line ordering system is FREE and takes a matter of minutes. Upon receipt of your HIP order we will email your unique client ID number allowing you to track the progress of your HIP on a daily basis. We will liaise with our Domestic Energy Assessors in order to compile the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) together with the person marketing your property or your estate agent if necessary and deliver the HIP electronically by email and hard copy as requested.

You are able to order your HIP over the phone which will take a matter of minutes. Simply select the office which is closest to you and ask for the HIPs department, who will take your details and commence production of your HIP, working in conjunction with your chosen estate agent if applicable.
