How long do I have to make a claim after the accident?
There is normally a period of three years from the date of the accident to bring a claim for compensation. (or by the age of 21 if the victim is a minor) There are exceptions to this time limit and we will be happy to advise on your individual proposed claim.
How do I fund my claim?
